During my 5-day stay at the hotel, I found that the rooms had a persistent cigarette smoke smell and were not well-maintained or cleaned thoroughly. The facilities were lacking and outdated, not meeting modern standards. However, the service was a mix of experiences, with some friendly and helpful staff but also an unfortunate incident of overcharging at the reception, tainting the overall impression.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to various services, cafes, and shops, although it can get crowded outside. The rooms, while clean and adequately equipped, are starting to show signs of wear. The staff provides exceptional service, always friendly, helpful, and professional. The dining experience is somewhat lacking variety, and the noise from the nearby generator can be bothersome at times.
