During my 5-day stay at the hotel, I found that the rooms had a persistent cigarette smoke smell and were not well-maintained or cleaned thoroughly. The facilities were lacking and outdated, not meeting modern standards. However, the service was a mix of experiences, with some friendly and helpful staff but also an unfortunate incident of overcharging at the reception, tainting the overall impression.
